Malfunction reports on the extra-high-voltage grid

Contact us directly using the telephone number +41 800 00 45 45 to report faults that impact the Swiss extra-high-voltage grid (substation, line or pylon). Please note that, for security reasons, Swissgrid records all conversations on this telephone number.

In the event of a fault, please make sure that you can provide the most precise description possible: Which equipment (substation, line or mast) is affected? Where is this equipment located geographically? – By providing precise answers to these questions and others, you help us to rectify the fault as quickly as possible.
